Terms of sale

These terms cover anything you buy from swimcoveaquatics.com, operated by Swimcove Aquatics Club.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once Stripe tells us the payment cleared.

What you may do with what you buy

The printable calendar is licensed for your own personal, family, classroom or club use. Print as many copies as you need for that purpose. Please do not resell it, redistribute the file, or share your download link publicly.

The illustrations, text and design remain ours. If you would like to use them more widely — a school board, a swim school, a public campaign — just ask.

Water safety information

The safety guidance in our calendars and stickers is general information written to encourage good habits. It is not a substitute for supervision, swimming lessons, or professional instruction, and it cannot cover every situation. Always supervise children around water.

Availability and errors

We may correct pricing or description errors, and we may withdraw a product. If we cannot fulfil an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
