Refunds and returns

Printed items

If a calendar or sticker sheet arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. You do not need to send the damaged item back.

Changed your mind? Send it back unused within 30 days and we will refund the item price. Return postage is yours to cover.

Digital downloads

The printable calendar cannot be returned once downloaded, so it is non-refundable as a rule. That said, if the file will not open, will not print properly, or is not what the page described, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.

Cancelling an order

Printed orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Email us and we will refund in full.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually takes five to ten working days to show it.
