Privacy
We collect as little as we can get away with. There are no accounts on this site, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies.
What we hold
When you buy something, Stripe collects your email, your payment details and — for printed orders — your shipping address, so the order can be taken and delivered. We can see your order and shipping address in the Stripe dashboard in order to post your parcel. We never see your card number.
Stripe processes payments on our behalf and keeps that data under its own privacy policy, at stripe.com/privacy.
Your bag
What you add to your bag is stored in your own browser, on your own device. It is never sent to us until you start checkout, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Download links
A digital purchase gives you a link tied to your Stripe payment. We check that payment with Stripe each time the link is used, and the link stops working 30 days after purchase.
Stripe emails you a receipt for your payment. We send no other email — no marketing, no mailing list — and we do not sell or share your details with anyone.
Asking us about your data
To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@swimcoveaquatics.com. Note that we may need to keep records of completed sales for tax purposes.
